At 3:45 PM on a Friday, a client calls: they need 30 steel brackets cut, drilled, and delivered by Monday. The shop's plasma cutter just stopped cutting. You can repair it later. Right now you need a system you can trust in the next 48 hours. In my role coordinating production support for a metal fabrication and repair company, I've handled 200+ rush orders in 12 years, including same-day turnarounds for industrial maintenance clients. This is the checklist I use when I have to spec a plasma system fast.
